By registering on the Zanthex platform or using our services, you accept these Terms of Service. For users acting for commercial purposes, the Turkish Code of Obligations and Commercial Code apply; for consumers, the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 applies.
Zanthex is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered voice and text customer service solutions to businesses. Includes chatbot, voice assistant, call center, knowledge base management, and customer communication tools.
The account holder is responsible for all actions performed under their account.
You must use the platform in compliance with laws. The following are prohibited:
The platform operates on a prepaid credit system similar to an operator model. Users load credits; each service usage is instantly deducted. Loaded credit balance is non-refundable. Tariff is published on the platform; changes announced at least 7 days in advance.
99.9% availability is targeted. Planned maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance. SLA terms apply.
Platform software, design, and technology belong to Zanthex. User content belongs to the user. Reverse engineering is prohibited.
AI outputs are for informational purposes; they do not substitute professional advice. Total liability is limited to payments in the last 12 months. No liability for indirect damages.
Account may be suspended for terms violation. Users may close their account anytime. Remaining balance is non-refundable upon closure/suspension; data deleted within 30 days.
Laws of the Republic of Turkey apply. Mediation is mandatory before litigation. Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction for commercial transactions.

At Zanthex, we respect your privacy and take data protection seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use, store, and protect it.
During registration: company name, full name, email, phone, industry; during usage: call recordings, transcripts, chatbot messages, transaction logs; payment: last 4 digits of card, transaction reference; technical: IP address, browser info, device type, session data.
Data is protected with AES-256 encryption; all communications encrypted with TLS 1.3. All data is stored on servers in Turkey. Account information, call recordings, audio recordings, transcripts, chatbot messages, call data, and knowledge base content โ no user data is permanently stored outside of Turkey.
In voice services, voice data is temporarily transmitted through Google Cloud infrastructure for AI processing. Under our Enterprise Agreement, data is not used by Google for training or any other purpose and is not stored after processing. Transcripts are stored on our servers in Turkey.
Personal data is not shared with third parties except for legal requirements and contracted service providers (hosting, payment, AI processing). All partners are subject to data protection agreements.

All personal data is stored on servers in Turkey. Account info, call recordings, audio, transcripts, chatbot messages, call data, and knowledge base content โ no user data is permanently stored outside of Turkey.
Domestic: Authorized institutions and service providers (hosting, payment) under legal requirements.
International (voice processing): Voice data temporarily processed through Google Cloud (European region). Secured under KVKK Art. 9 with Standard Contractual Clauses. Enterprise Agreement ensures data is not used for training or other purposes and is not stored after processing.
Under KVKK Art. 11: learn if your data is processed, request information, learn processing purpose, know third-party transfers, request correction/deletion/destruction, object to automated analysis results, and request compensation for damages.

BUYER: The natural or legal person registering on the platform by electronically approving this agreement.
Determination of rights and obligations regarding the service purchased electronically from zanthex.ai, within the framework of Article 48 of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. For BUYERS acting for commercial purposes, Turkish Code of Obligations and Commercial Code provisions are reserved.
The platform operates on a prepaid credit system similar to an operator model. Credits are loaded to the account; each usage is instantly deducted. Loaded credit balance is non-refundable. Upon loading, the service is immediately available; no refund for unused balance. Balance remains valid while account is active.
Fee determined by current platform tariff. Payment: credit card, debit card, bank transfer. All prices include VAT. Invoice issued electronically during credit loading.
Balance is assigned instantly upon credit loading confirmation. This is an electronically and instantly performed service.
Under Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-(ฤ) (instantly performed service) and Art. 15/1-(a) (service begun with consumer consent), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. The BUYER has been informed and consented during registration.
If the BUYER fails to fulfill payment obligations, the service may be suspended or terminated.
AI services are informational; not a substitute for professional advice. Total liability limited to payments in last 12 months. No liability for indirect damages.
Laws of the Republic of Turkey apply. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts for consumer transactions; mediation mandatory before litigation. Istanbul Courts for commercial transactions.
This agreement enters into force upon electronic approval by the BUYER.
